Placing an Order
To place an order, please email me at robannesbeads@comcast.net , include the item's description and we will negotiate special orders, calculate shipping and finalize payment options. Orders usually ship within 3-4 days of valid payment via standard mail.
To pay by check or money order, please email me with the items and I will send you my mailing address. Your order will be shipped or ready for local delivery after your check has cleared, usually between 5-10 days.
Except for custom orders, all items are one of a kind, you will receive the exact item you see on this site.
~6% Maryland sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within the state. There is no sales tax collected to out of state orders.
Welcome Wholesalers! ~ If you are a wholesaler and would like to carry Robannes Beads in your shop, contact us for pricing and minimums. We offer free local delivery to shops within 40 miles of Fair Hill, Maryland.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your baubles, we will happily refund your purchase. You must email me to make arrangements within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Contact made after 5 days are only eligible for credit and exchanges must be made within 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not take returns on custom orders or orders placed in person (at shows or parties) However size adjustments may be made. There may be a small charge for time and materials. Email me to make adjustments at RobannesBeads@comcast.net .The customer is responsible for proper packaging, insurance and shipping costs of any items returned for refund, exchange or resizing. Robanne's Beads is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.
Repairs
Remember that jewelry, especially glass jewelry is delicate. Often a favorite bracelet that is worn regularly will need to be re-strung as general maintenance. If an item breaks within one year, I will repair it free of charge provided I am able to obtain the same materials. Otherwise, I will substitue materials.
Lost Earrings
Please use backings, even with fish hook wires, when you proudly wear your Robanne's Beads! However, accidents happen. If I have the same materials, I will gladly make another earring for you at half the cost. Otherwise, we can re-create as best as possible for the full price. Please email me with a photo of your lonesome earring, and I'll try to make a mate. RobannesBeads@comcast.net
Care and Cleaning
Be sure to take your jewelry off before hand washing or bathing. Exposure to detergents degrades the stringing components over time. Know that perfumes, lotions and make-up can discolor sterling silver. Be sure your beauty products are dry, then put on your jewelry. Store sterling silver in airtight zip lock type bags. Jewelry with fresh water pearls are especially delicate. Do not expose them to water or other solutions. Clean with a damp jewelers cloth. Sterling can be cleaned with a treated polishing cloth.
